Here are a few practices to help you connect to your inner wisdom:

  • Take quiet walks without distractions. Let your thoughts settle.
  • Breathe into your body when making decisions. Where does it feel light? Where does it feel tense?
  • Meditate or visualize your desired outcome—and see how it feels in your body.
  • Create space in your day to listen to your own voice above the noise.
